Seller & Shop Management

Set up your seller account, link your Shopee shop, and authorize access — all from the dashboard.

Seller and shop management

This guide walks you through setting up your seller account, linking your Shopee shop, and authorizing the platform to access your shop data.

There are two roles in the dashboard: ADMIN users can create seller accounts and manage all shops. SELLER users manage their own assigned shops and products. Ask your admin for access if you only have SELLER permissions.

Log in to the dashboard

Navigate to your dashboard URL in your browser. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Create a seller account

This step requires an ADMIN account. Go to the Seller & Shop Management page and click Add Seller. Fill in the seller's name, email, and a temporary password. Set the role to ADMIN or SELLER based on what this person needs to do.

Create and link a Shopee shop

This step requires an ADMIN account. On the same Seller & Shop Management page, click Add Shop. Select the seller this shop belongs to, then enter your Shopee Partner ID, Partner Key, and Shop ID. These details come from your Shopee Open Platform developer settings.

Authorize the shop with Shopee

  1. Find the shop you just created and click Get Authorization URL.
  2. Open the URL in your browser. Log in to Shopee if prompted, then click Approve.
  3. The platform automatically saves your access tokens. No manual step is needed. You should see a confirmation that authorization succeeded.

Check token health

On the Seller & Shop Management page, look at the Token Status column for each shop. A green Valid status means you are connected and ready to go. If the status shows Expired, click Re-authorize to get a new authorization URL and repeat Step 4.

Once your shop is linked and authorized, you can sync products from Shopee, set up redemption URLs for buyers, and boost product visibility.
